The much loved producer BK Srinivas close relative SR Venkatesh was under the impression that cinema industry is allergy. But he took courage for projecting his son as hero.

It is a case of ‘Putra Vatsalya’. The crime news in the night times in channels is a source of inspiration for this film script. For that the angle of love is mixed. The incident for this film was also held in Hiriyur. At Kaththe Hole the shooting was held maximum.  A few portions were shot in Bengaluru. Nakul Kumar with no knowledge in acting took acting training from Ninasam trained tutor and came before the camera for his father investment.

Nakul plays the role of a farmer son, very innocent and how change over once he falls in love is crux of this film. Anjana Deshpande is female lead. Madan is villain, Padmaja Rao is mother of hero, Lakshmi Siddaiah is mother of heroine.

Actor Charanraj has asked for remake rights of this film has brought good relief to director. Yogaraj Bhat, Jayanth Kaikini, Chetan Kumar, Chandan Shetty are lyricists for Arjun Janya music.
